Making homeownership accessible to Oklahoma families.
Twelve22 Capital was founded by two Oklahoma partners — one from finance and technology, one from real estate and the building trades — with a simple mission: make homeownership accessible to creditworthy Oklahoma families who deserve a chance.
We saw too many hardworking families trapped in the rental cycle — paying high rents while watching home prices rise, unable to qualify for traditional mortgages because of credit scores that didn't tell their full story.
We also saw predatory rent-to-own companies taking advantage of vulnerable families with hidden fees and contracts designed to fail.
We knew there had to be a better way — buy sound homes and finance them ourselves on transparent, fixed terms, so families move in right away and take the deed at payoff.
That's why we created Twelve22 Capital.

Matthew is a licensed Oklahoma real estate professional and a working roofing contractor. He assists in finding every home we buy, works directly with agents and clients, and vets each house with a tradesman's eye — if he wouldn't put his name on it, we don't buy it.
